What an awesome way to see the Kimberley. Flying over remarkable coastlines and landing beside waterfalls which we had to ourselves for magical photography, yummy lunches and a quick dip.
As usual on a Tom Putt workshop the accommodation and meals were suburb. We stayed a couple of nights at Kimberley Coastal Camp, probably the most interesting, relaxing and homely place I have ever stayed. Compliments to the owners Tubs and Jules for an outstanding experience.
Then flying overland to El Questro seeing brilliant gorges, plateaus and mountain ranges on the way. Landing on the side of a mountain for sunset drinks, then back in the choppers and photographing the ranges in all their glory bathed in the last rays of sunlight.
So much to see, such an exciting way to see it. Many thanks to Tom for all his hard work in making this possible, along with a couple of very talented, amazing and pretty ‘hot’ pilots getting us to all these amazing places topping off the adventure.
