Day 1: Arrival & Welcome Dinner
Arrive in Reykjavik and transfer to your hotel. In the evening, join us for a welcome dinner to meet your fellow participants and workshop leaders. This is a great opportunity to discuss the upcoming days, review the itinerary, and prepare for the exciting adventure ahead.

Day 2: Scenic Landscapes
After breakfast, we’ll begin our drive from Reykjavik to the north, making stops along the way to photograph Iceland’s stunning landscapes. From lava fields and dramatic mountain ranges to peaceful rivers, you'll have plenty of opportunities to capture the diverse scenery. Upon arrival, enjoy dinner and a relaxing evening.

Day 3: Coastal Landscapes & Puffin Photography
Today, we focus on photographing expansive valleys, cliffs, and fjords, with opportunities for landscape shots throughout the day. In the afternoon, we’ll visit a coastal area known for its accessible puffin colonies, offering great opportunities for puffin photography. Capture these fascinating birds perched on cliffs or in flight, set against the stunning coastal backdrop. We’ll finish the day with dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Puffin Photography
Today, we dedicate the entire day to puffin photography at a coastal site known for its accessible puffin colonies. You’ll have ample opportunities to capture these charming birds in their natural habitat—perched on the cliffs or flying across the coast. We’ll spend the day working on techniques to capture the perfect puffin shot, from close-ups to wide-angle perspectives. The day will conclude with dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5: Morning Puffin Shoot & Landscape Photography
We start the day with an early morning puffin photography session, taking advantage of the soft morning light and active birds. After the shoot, we’ll begin our drive, stopping along the way to photograph the stunning landscapes of North Iceland. From fjords to valleys, we’ll have plenty of opportunities to capture the region's beauty. Afterward, we’ll continue our journey to the next destination, stopping to photograph Iceland’s ever-changing scenery.

Day 6: Landscape Photography en Route
Today, we’ll focus on landscape photography as we make our way back south. Along the journey, we’ll stop to photograph the diverse and breathtaking scenery—rolling hills, vast plains, rivers, and distant mountains. Every turn offers a new opportunity for stunning wide-angle shots, so you’ll have plenty of time to experiment with different compositions. In the evening, we’ll enjoy a farewell dinner and reflect on the week’s experiences.

Day 7: Departure
After breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye. Take home beautiful photographs and lasting memories from your time in Iceland. We’ll assist with your transfer to the airport for your departure.
